Series I: Exhibition Planning and Research - This series contains materials related to pre-exhibition planning and research. This includes the exhibition guest lists, correspondence between BGC staff, and research into outside collections and possible lenders.

Series II : Catalog - This series contains materials related to the exhibition catalog. This includes initial drafts, author contracts, design correspondence, and revisions.

Series III: Press, Publicity, and Programs - This series contains materials related to the press and publicity for the exhibition. This includes: press releases, promotional materials, exhibition related programs and lectures, and exhibition invitations.

Series IV: Loans and Lenders - This series contains materials and documentation on the exhibition’s loaned objects, lender information, correspondence related to loans.
